摘要
利用当地丰富的粉煤灰、脱硫灰固废资源和地产丰富的沙漠砂资源,研制节能环保、生态型绿色建筑材料。固定试验配合比中脱硫灰的质量分数不变,考虑沙漠砂、粉煤灰、水泥和石膏四个因素,每个因素取三个水平,以抗压强调、表观密度和稠度作为主要指标,进行了正交试验研究。试验结果显示:砂浆稠度变化范围为65~110 mm,砂浆28 d的抗压强度变化范围为1.32~4.58 MPa,砂浆28 d表观密度变化范围为1.41~1.56 g/cm3。利用粉煤灰、脱硫灰固废资源和沙漠砂制备绿色砂浆是可行的。
Use of local rich fly ash, desulfitrization ash and property-rich desert sand resources to develop energy-saving, eco-friendly green building mortar.Fixed desulfurization ash content, consider the desert sand, fly ash, cement and gypsum as four factors, each factor has three levels, take compressive stress, apparent density and consistency as the main indexes, orthogonal test was carried out.Experimen- tal studies show that the consistency changes in the range of 65-110mm,the compressive strength at the age 28 d changes in the range of 1.32-4.58 MPa.the apparent density at the age 28 d changes in the range of 1.41-1.56 g/cm3.It is feasible to develop green mortar by using fly ash. desulfurization ash and desert sand.
