摘要
随着科技期刊数字出版和新媒体工作的深入,新媒体编辑岗位越发重要。新媒体编辑需要不断从思想政治、素质能力、专业技能等10方面进行自我修养,以适应和胜任岗位要求;同时,还应保持积极的学习心态,在实践中创新探索。
With the improvement of digital publishing and new media of sci-tech journals,the post of new media editor is getting more and more important. The new media editors should constantly improve ten abilities including ideology and politics,competency,professional skills and so on,which could help new media editors adapt to the post and be qualified for the job. Meanwhile,new media editors should maintain positive attitudes to learning knowledge,practice,innovation and exploration.
