摘要
为了解决隧道衬砌拱顶脱空及混凝土厚度不足等质量问题,从工艺原理、工艺特点和操作要点等方面介绍衬砌逐层逐窗浇筑及带模注浆技术。通过在蒙华铁路万荣隧道进行现场应用,发现采用衬砌逐层逐窗浇筑及带模注浆技术浇筑的混凝土饱满、密实,能有效解决拱顶衬砌厚度不足及脱空问题,在很大程度上提高衬砌的整体性。最后,从拱顶衬砌质量和注浆施工工序对带模注浆及回填注浆工艺进行对比。
During the casting of tunnel lining,the inadequate concrete thicknesses and crown top disengagements often occur. As a result,the technologies of lining casting layer by layer and window by window and grouting through mold used in Wanrong Tunnel on Menghua Railway are put forward in terms of working principle,characteristics and key operation points. The application results of the above-mentioned technologies show that the technologies used are feasible and efficient,which have improved the integrity of the lining. Finally,comparison is made between technology of grouting through mold and that of backfill grouting in terms of lining quality of crown top and grouting procedures.
