摘要
目的 :探讨牙科CT扫描技术及成像软件 (dentalCTprogram ,DCT)在埋伏阻生牙诊治中的应用价值。方法 :应用DCT的薄层扫描方法对 16例共 2 4颗埋伏阻生牙行横断面扫描并对其图像进行数幅曲面和颊舌面的二维重建。结果 :DCT图像清晰、直观地反映了 2 4颗埋伏阻生牙在骨内的位置、方向 ,唇腭侧骨皮质的距离 ,并从 3个平面的二维图像显示了它们与邻近重要结构 (如下牙槽神经管、切牙管、上颌窦、邻近牙根 )的关系。结论 :DCT作为一种新的成像技术 ,能全方位显示埋伏阻生牙各方面特征 。
Objective To explore the value of the dental scan technique and dental CT program (DCT) in the diagnosis and therapy of unerupted and impacted teeth. Methods Twnety four unerupted and impacted teeth in sixteen patients were examined with the DCT thin section scan technique and their panoramic and cross section images were reestablished. Results DCT image clearly and directly displayed the internal position, inclination of unerupted and imapcted teeth, and distance to the buccal and lingual cortex; moreover, DCT could reestablish the two dimensional image in three planes to establish the relationship between impacted tooth and adjacent important structure. Conclusion As a new technique to demonstrate all characteristics of unerupted and impacted teeth, DCT can be applied and popularized before oral surgical and orthodontic treatment.
