摘要
中美经贸关系一直是两国关系的"压舱石"与"助推器",是构建新型大国关系的关键变量之一,也是中美两国持久发展的基础与驱动力。当前,中美两国都处于新的历史发展阶段,中美经贸关系如何走向新平衡是摆在两国面前的重大而关键性议题。中美应重新定义"贸易平衡"关系,着眼于创造中美经贸发展空间,丰富中美"贸易平衡"的内涵与外延。在维护全球多边自由贸易框架基础上,双方应确定未来共同目标,按照"做大增量"的思路深入挖掘中美结构性合作潜力,开启中美经贸新模式。
Economic and trade relations are the mainstays of the China-US relationship. They are one of the key variables in building a new type of major-power relations, and they are the driving force behind sustainable development for both countries. Both countries are in a new historic stage of development and how China and the US can achieve a new balance in their economic and trade relationship is a crucial issue for both parties. China and the US should redefine the ＂Trade Balance＂ relationship which should focus on opening up new areas of trade in the future, enrich the connotation and extension of Sino US trade balance, and gradually eliminating structural distortions. On the basis of maintaining the framework of global multilateral free trade and according to the idea of ＂bigger increment＂, the two sides should draw up common trade cooperation goals for the future and in order to open a new mode of Sino US economic and trade cooperation.
