摘要
基于通行能力的概念,分析目前产生道路交通拥堵的原因,结合既有道路断面形式,提出采用动态可变车道、适当减小部分用地紧张高速公路中间带宽度、把硬路肩拓宽为一个车道的方式,实现增加车道的技术方案,同时优化标志标线,以达到减少工程投资、改善道路通行能力、延长道路使用年限的目的。
Based on the concept of traffic capacity, this paper analyzes the current reasons of road traffic congestion. Combining with the existing road cross - section, it is proposed that the middle section width of the dynamic variable lane and the land shortage section of expressway should be reduced, and the hard shoulder should be widened into a lane, to realize the technical program for increasing the lane and optimizing traffic signs and traffic marking. Consequently the project investment is reduced, the road capacity is improved, and the road life is extended.
