悬索桥锚跨索股张力简化调整方法

摘要 目前悬索桥施工过程中锚跨索股张力基本采用传统方法调整,在索股调整方面,不适用于散索鞍解除临时约束后的调整,而且存在调整次数多、精度不高等不足,为提高悬索桥施工速度和索股张力控制精度,研究了锚跨索股的索力调整方案,根据散索鞍解除临时约束后索股索力调整困难的现象,分析了散索鞍转动对索股索力增长规律的影响,提出一种以调整量为控制的索力调整新方法并进行实桥验证,结果表明:该调整方法可修正散索鞍转动的影响,大幅减轻了索力调整的工作量。 At present, the tension of anchor cable across the suspension bridge is basically adjusted by traditional method, which is not suitable for the adjustment of the loose saddle after the lifting of the temporary constraints in the cable adjustment, and the adjustments are more frequent, the accuracy is not high enough. In order to improve the construction speed and the tension control precision of the suspension bridge, the cable tension adjustment scheme is studied. According to the phenomenon that the cable tension is difficult to adjust after the temporary restraint of the loose saddle, the saddle rotational effect on strand cable force growth law is analyzed, a new method of adjusting cable force control is put forward and verified by real bridge test. The results show that the adjustment method can correct the influence of the rotation of the saddle, which greatly reduces the workload of cable tension adjustment.
