摘要
目的 :为下睑眼袋手术提供解剖基础。方法 :用 1 6例成人 32侧下睑眼袋标本 ,解剖、观察下睑眼袋的组成 ,眼轮匝肌、眶隔筋膜、眶隔内脂肪、眶骨及眶下孔解剖特点。结果 :调查了 1 6例 32侧下睑眼袋的组成结构 ,以及眼轮匝肌、眶隔筋膜、眶隔内脂肪、眶骨及眶下孔解剖特点 ,并发现 1例有第四脂肪存在。结论 :经临床 6 8例应用 ,安全可靠 ,效果理想。
Objective:To provide anatomic basis for the operation of the aging lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods:In this paper 32 aging lower eyelid blepharoptosis specimens of 16 adults was dissected and observed.The anatomical characterstics of orbicularis oculi muscle,orbital fasciae,orbital fat,orbital bone and infraorbital foramen were then analyzed.Results:Valuble data were obtained for operation of aging lower eyelid blepharoptosis. Conclusion:Sixty-eight cases of clinical operations prove the data obtained is reliable and effective.
