摘要
该文选取Y大学经济管理学院本科3、4年级公司金融课程学生为对象进行问卷调查,分析了公司金融课程实验教学质量及存在不足,进而提出改进公司金融实验教学效能、提高公司金融人才竞争能力的对策建议.分析结果显示,要实现公司金融人才培养目标,必须优化公司金融实验教学体系,开展多样化教学活动,优化师资队伍结构,开拓建设校外实训基地.
Based on the questionnaire survey of the company's financial course students in Year 3 and 4 ofthe Y University School of Economics and Management,the quality of the experimental teaching inthe financial courses of the Company and its shortcomings are studied.And then it is proposed toimprove the effectiveness of the company's financial experiment teaching and enhance the compet-itiveness of financial professionals.The analysis shows the necessary to realize the goal of corpo-rate finance talents cultivation.It is necessary to optimize the corporate financial experiment teach-ing system,carry out diversified teaching activities,optimize the structure of teaching staff,and ex-plore and build off-campus training.
