摘要
农民工问题实质是农民工权利保护问题,关键是农民工发展权保护。保护农民工发展权对巩固党的执政地位,促进社会经济发展,实现社会公平正义,维护社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。保护农民工发展权须树立公平、正义观念,培养权利意识,健全公平社会,发展文化教育,完善法律制度。
The issue of migrant workers is the protection of the rights protection of migrant workers. It isof great significance to protect the right of development of migrant workers to consolidate the ruling statusof the party, promote economic and social development, realize social equity and justice, and maintain so-cial harmony and stability. The protection of the right to development of migrant workers should establishthe concept of human rights, cultivate the consciousness of rights, promote economic development, improvedemocratic politics, develop culture education, and improve the legal system.
