摘要
目的考察神农蛇药酒微生物限度检查方法的适用性。方法按照2015年版《中国药典》四部通则非无菌产品微生物限度检查法进行试验。结果神农蛇药酒采用薄膜过滤法进行霉菌和酵母菌数的测定,采用常规法进行金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的测定,结果均良好,缓冲液对其方法均无明显干扰。结论该方法适用于神农蛇药酒的微生物限度检查。
Objective To investigate the applicability of the method of microbial Limit test of Shennong snake liquor. Methods The method was conducted by microbial limit test of the sterile products from four general Principies in the 2015 endition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results Shennong snake liquor can use the Membrane filtration method to determine number of mold and yeast,using the conventional method to determine staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa.The results were nice.And the buffer on the test method without noticeable interference. Conclusion The method is suitable for microbial limit test of Shennong snake liquor.
