摘要
目的探讨硝酸甘油注射液联合盐酸曲美他嗪片佐治慢性收缩功能性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法选择心功能Ⅲ和Ⅳ级的CHF患者共212例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组105例,给予洋地黄制剂、利尿剂、ACEI/ARB和β受体阻滞剂及相关基础疾病治疗;治疗组107例,在此基础上加用硝酸甘油注射液20mg静脉泵入,盐酸曲美他嗪片每次20mg,3次/d,连用14d,观察治疗前后两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.3%,对照组为78.1%,两组比较有统计学意义(χ2=13.73,P<0.05)。结论 CHF患者在常规抗心衰药物基础上加用硝酸甘油注射液和盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,具有显著疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nitroglycerin injection combined with trimetazidine tablets as adjuvant therapy for chronic systolic heart failure. Methods A total of 212 chronic systolic heart failure patients with grade III or IV cardiac function were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group with 107 patients and control group with 105 patients. The patients in the control group were given digitalis preparation, diuretic, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor/angiotensin receptor blocker, B-receptor blocker and therapies for underlying diseases, and those in the treatment group were given intravenous pumping of nitroglycerin injection 20 mg and oral trimetazidine tablets 20 mg/time, three times a day, in addition to the treatment for the control group. The course of treatment was 14 consecutive days. The clinical outcome was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （95.3% vs 78.1%, χ^2=13.73, P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with chronic systolic heart failure, conventional cardiotonic drugs combined with nitroglycerin injection and trimetazidine tablets have a marked clinical effect and hold promise for clinical application.
