摘要 本文采用fluent对轴流风叶不同周向截面安装角进行流场分析,得到在最佳周向截面安装角时的优化风叶,其全压效率相比原风叶提升3.42%。将优化风叶进行风机性能实验,结果表明优化风叶同风量时比原风叶功率低2~5W,同风量噪音低0.5d B(A)。 This paper has analyzed the flow field of different cross-section of axial fan by fluent, and get the optimal blade at the best cross-section mounting angle, which full pressure efficiency lift 3.42% compared to the original fan. In addition, according to the experimental results, contrast with the original fan, the power of the optimal blade is lower than 2-5W, and the noise is lower of 0.5dB (A) under the same amount of wind.
