摘要
本文设计了一种采用软件方法来检测定速空调室外压缩机线与风机线接错的系统。结合在空调刚开启的一定时间内检测到的压缩机电流,采用一定的方法来准确判断是否接错线。经过实验,该系统在接错线的情况下准确检测,在正确接线的情况下不会误检测,可靠性高,且易于实现,有效地解决了因接错线造成的空调电控板损坏和运行故障,具有很高的实用价值。
A software method is used to detect the connection between the compressor line and fan line of fixed frequency air conditioner. The compressor current is detected in a certain time when the air conditioner has just been turned on, and a certain method is adopted to judge whether the connection is wrong or not. After the experiment, the accurate detection in the wrong line, in the correct wiring without error detection, high reliability, and easy to realize, can effectively solve the wrong line fault caused by air conditioning control board of damage and operation, has very high practical value.
