摘要
在日常检测工作中发现家用电磁灶类产品普遍存在输入功率负偏差较大,许多生产企业虚标产品额定功率等问题,侵害了消费者的合法权益。本项研究分析了家用电磁灶类产品在标准规定方面存在的缺陷,探讨了在产品质量及结构设计方面存在的不足,并从检验数据中总结出了输入功率负偏差与线盘间隙之间的规律,从电磁感应原理方面分析了影响能量转化的原因。最终从标准要求提高及结构设计改进方面提出了减小输入功率负偏差的建议。
In the daily inspection work, it is generally found that there is a problem with the household electromagnetic range products, its negative deviation of the input power is very big, many manufacturing enterprises false marking rated power, and this impinges on legitimate rights and interests of consumers. This study analyzes the defects in standard setting of household electromagnetic range products, discusses the defects in product quality and structure design. According to the test data, we get the law between the negative deviation of the input power and the Wire Disc Gap, the reason of energy conversion is analyzed from the principle of electromagnetic induction. Finally, the suggestion of reducing the negative deviation of the input power is put forward from the improvement of the standard requirement and the improvement of the structure design.
