摘要
沼气工程产业链协同规划对于促进农村生物质能的充分利用,改善农村能源消费结构和生态环境具有重要的意义。文章从生物质能原料生产、收集配送、沼气工程、沼气利用、沼渣沼液处理及沼肥加工等方面,补充和完善了沼气工程产业链。针对当前生物质能利用中存在的问题提出了对产业链各个环节进行协同规划的思路,建立了基于系统动力学的沼气工程产业链协同规划模型。该模型包括沼气工程规模、沼气总量、沼肥总量、沼肥加工企业规模、有机农业规模等变量。应用该模型对京津冀地区沼气工程产业链进行了规划,提出了京津冀地区沼气工程产业链各环节发展规模的建议,证明了该模型的可行性和有效性。
It is of great significance to promote the utilization of rural biomass energy and improve the energy consumption structure and ecological environment. This paper supplements and perfects the biogas industry chain from the aspects of materials production of biomass feedstock, collection and distribution, biogas project, biogas utilization, biogas slurry treatment and biogas fertilizer processing. In the view of the problems existing in the utilization of biomass energy, this paper puts forward the idea of collaborative planning for each link of the industrial chain, and establishes a collaborative planning model of biogas engineering industry chain based on system dynamics. The variables including in the model are biogas engineering scale, total biogas, total biogas fertilizer, biogas fertilizer processing enterprises scale and organic agriculture scale. The model is applied to the industrial chain of biogas project in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, and some suggestions are put forward for the development of biogas industry chain in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the feasibility and validity of the model are proved.
