超载系数对裂纹扩展的影响分析

Effect of Overload Coefficient on the Rate of Crack Propagation

摘要 以压水堆核电站一回路安全端含缺陷焊接接头为研究对象,利用扩展有限元(XFEM)研究了超载系数对异种金属焊接接头焊缝裂纹扩展速率的影响。结果表明,超载系数对裂纹扩展速率存在显著影响,在超载过程中裂纹扩展速率随超载系数的增大而增大,且超载后裂纹扩展速率低于超载前的速率,即超载会抑制裂纹的扩展。 Welded joint containing defects in primary circuit main pipeline were investigated, and the effects of overload coefficient on crack growth rate of dissimilar metal welded joint were studied with XFEM. The results show that the overload coefficient has a significant impact on the crack propagation rate. The crack propagation rate increases with the increasing of overload coefficient in the process of overload, and the rate of crack propagation is lower than before overloading, so that the overload suppresses the crack propagation rate.
