摘要
文章选取档案认知度、档案需求层次、档案情感、档案利用自觉性、档案收集与保护行为作为公众档案意识的表现形式并进行了系统分析,在此基础上,提出公共档案意识培养策略,包括建立档案普及教育体系、树立"大众档案观"和全民参与档案工作。
This paper chooses the archives awareness,hierarchy of archival needs,archivalemotions, consciousness of archives utilization ,and archives collection and protection behavior asthe main manifestations of public archives consciousness, and systematically analyzes them. Afterthat, the article puts forward the training strategy of public archives consciousness which consists ofestablishing universal archives education system, common archives view and the whole peopleparticipating in archives work.
