摘要
用整体测定家兔直肠温的方法,研究了葛根素对发热家兔的解热作用。结果表明:葛根素水溶剂静脉注射对正常体温家兔没有解热作用,但对发热家兔有明显的解热作用,而且这种解热作用与剂量相关。葛根素的解热作用不如解热药对乙酰胺基苯酚的作用强。
The antipyretic effects of puerarin on fevered rabbits were investigatedwith measuring of rectal temperature in 74 unanaesthetized rabbits. The resultsshowed that no change of the normal body temperatnre was caused by puerarin. However, puerarin exerted obviously antipyretic effect on fevered rabbits. Theantipyretic effect was correlative with dose of it. The antipyretic effect ofpuerarin was wea?er than that of acetaminophen.
