摘要
通过溶液浇铸法制备了聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)/绢云母微粒复合材料。使用差示扫描量热、广角X射线衍射、偏光显微镜等手段研究了绢云母微粒/PBA复合材料中PBA结晶行为、多晶结构以及晶体形貌。结果表明,绢云母作为成核剂有效地增加PBA晶体成核密度、降低晶体尺寸。在较高的降温速率和较低的结晶温度下依然能生成稳定的α晶体,对比纯PBA在25℃的晶体类型,加入质量分数1%绢云母微粒后有生成α晶体结构存在。因此通过控制降温速率和添加绢云母微粒能够起到调控PBA多晶型结构。
The poly(butylene adipate) (PBA)/sericite particulates composites were prepared by solution-casting method. The effects of sericite particles on the nonisothermal and isothermal crystallization, polymorphic structure, and morphology on PBA were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), and polarized optical microscopy (POM). Sericite particulates are effective nucleating agents for the enhanced nucleation density and decreased spherulite size of PBA. The result of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) shows that sericite particulates can induce formation of the thermodynamically stable α-form of PBA crystals under different conditions. Compared to pure PBA at 25 ℃, the α-form crystals would not disappear with the addition of 1% sericite. The formation of polymorphie crystals of PBA may be regulated by changing cooling rate and the sericite particulates loading, which provides an efficient way to control the polymorphic structures.
