摘要
结合"零保温"淬火工艺的可行性,对不同规格30CrNiMo8、40CrNi2MoA、35CrMo钢进行了"零保温"淬火试验。结果表明:中小件产品的淬火保温时间比常规工艺时间缩短30%~50%,而力学性能、显微组织等均能够达到技术要求。验证了有效厚度为85~140mm的中低合金结构钢"零保温"淬火在实际生产的可行性。
Combined with the feasibility of " zero time holding" quenching, 30CrNiMo8, 40CrNi2MoA and 35CrMo steels with different specifications were quenched by "zero time holding" quenching. The resuhs show that the quenching holding time of small and medium-sized parts is shortened by 30%-50% than that of the conventional process, and the mechanical properties, microstructure of steels meet the technical requirements of the product. The feasibility of "zero time holding" quenching for medium and low alloy structural steel with effective thickness of 85-140 mm in actual production is verified.
