摘要
在WZST系列双室真空渗碳炉上,对满装炉条件下的20CrMo钢滑块进行了真空渗碳工艺研究。结果表明,在4000 Pa渗碳压力、保压25 s、渗碳时间220 min及合适的渗扩比条件下,20CrMo钢滑块经930℃真空渗碳,预冷气油淬,180℃×2 h回火处理后,变形量在0.02~0.04 mm内,有效硬化层深度在0.95~1.0 mm之间,硬度均达到60~62 HRC,完全符合工艺要求,实现了密集装炉条件下的渗碳均匀性。
Vacuum carburizing process for 20CrMo steel slider was studied in the WZST series of double chamber vacuum carburizing furnace at full load state. The results show that, under the condition of 4000 Pa carburizing pressure for 25 s and suitable permeability, carburized at the 930 ℃ for 220 min, followed by delay quenching, and then tempered at 180℃ for 2 h, the 20CrMo steel slider can fully meet the technical requirements. The distortion of the slider can be controlled in the range of 0.02-0.04 mm, the effective depth of hardened layer is in the range of 0.95-1.0 mm and the hardness reaches 60-62 HRC. The carburizing uniformity at the full loading condition can be realized by the low pressure carounizing(LPC) process.
