摘要
目的对肝癌介入治疗的患者采取护理干预后,对患者生活质量的影响效果进行观察和分析。方法选取2016年5月-2017年5月我院介入治疗的肝癌患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行护理干预,比较两组患者的生活质量。结果观察组身体功能、社会功能、物质生活得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对肝癌介入治疗的患者采取护理干预有助于提高患者的生活质量,可广泛用于临床治疗护理。
Objective To observe and analyze effects of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. MethodsFrom May 2016 to May 2017 selected from 50 patients with interventional therapy of liver cancer, all 50 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group was given routine nursing care, observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, two groups of patients quality of life was compared. Results The physical function, social function and material life score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients and can be widely used in clinical nursing care.
