摘要
目的分析厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取2015年4月-2016年10月来我院接受治疗的84例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者,按照抽签法将其分为研究组和对照组,各42例。两组患者均接受常规药物治疗加胺碘酮片,研究组在此基础上加入厄贝沙坦片,对比治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);患者不良反应发生率研究组虽低于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常疗效显著,值得临床推荐使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia. Methods From April 2015 to October 2016, 84 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia receiving treatment in our hospital were enrolled, according to the drawing method, they were divided into study group and control group, 42 cases in each group. Two groups of patients received routine drug treatment plus amiodarone tablets,on the basis of this study, the study group added irbesartan tablets, the treatment effect was compared. Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;The incidence of adverse reactions in patients of study group was lower than the control group,but not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amiodarone treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia significant is effect,it is recommended for clinical use.
