摘要
目的探究采取经尿道前列腺电切术对良性前列腺增生治疗所取得的临床疗效并进行分析,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取我院2013年1月-2017年5月前来就诊的进行经尿道前列腺电切术来治疗良性前列腺增生的患者,对其情况进行分析。结果患者在治疗之后QOL评分,IPSS评分均显著降低(P<0.05);最大尿流率显著升高(P<0.05)。结论通过使用经尿道前列腺电切术对良性前列腺增生患者进行治疗,患者病情改善情况明显,值得临床参考。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the transurethral resection of prostate prostate benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment and to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods The transurethral resection of prostate to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2017, their situation was analyzed. Results The QOL score and the IPSS score of the patients after treatment were significantly lower（P〈0.05）, and the maximum urinary flow rate was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the use of transurethral resection of prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, the patient＇s condition improved significantly, worthy of clinical reference.
