摘要
目的:对钩吻的化学成分进行初步研究。方法:采用试管法和圆形滤纸层析法对钩吻的提取液可能含有的化学成分进行初步确定。结果:钩吻可能含有氨基酸、皂苷、有机酸、生物碱、黄酮及其苷类、鞣质、强心苷、植物甾醇、三萜、油脂、糖等化学成分。结论:初步确定了钩吻可能含有的化学成分,为钩吻的深度利用和开发提供依据。
Objective：To study the chemical constituents from Gelsemium elegan. Methods： The extracted mixture of Gelsemium elegan from different solvents were studied by test tube and circular filter paper chromatography method. The chemical composition was analyzed. Results：Gelsemium elegan might contain amino acids, saponins,organic acids, alkaloids, flavonoids and its glycosides,tannins, cardiac glycoside,phytosterol,terpene composition,lipid compounds and sugar. Conclusion： The chemical composition of Gelsemium elegan was identified preliminarily. The results of the research lay the foundation for the further use and the development of Gelsemium elegan.
