风电接入下的时序渐进滚动修正调度模型 被引量:9

摘要 以"电量"为纽带,建立了风电接入下的时序渐进滚动调度修正模型。该模型在时间尺度上包含年计划、月计划、日计划以及实时调度计划。时序渐进体现在上一级时间尺度为下一级时间尺度提供计划电量或调度功率,指导下一级时间尺度的调度安排;滚动修正则根据下一级时间尺度提供的实际发电量对上一级进行不断修正。年计划和月计划滚动修正模型侧重于电量的不平衡修正,在各自时间尺度内,结合下一级时间尺度提供的实际已发电量以及最新的风电、负荷预测信息,滚动修正剩余时段的发电计划,保证各机组电量的有效实施。日计划、日内滚动优化调度和实时调度模型侧重于风电功率的消纳,针对风电的随机性和波动性,建立基于场景法的日前机组组合模型和日内滚动优化模型,且仅在日内滚动调度和实时调度阶段考虑合理弃风。最后,通过修改的IEEE-RTS24系统进行算例仿真,验证了该模型的有效性。 The gradually time-sequential rolling revising dispatch model with wind power is proposed in this study by using "electricity quantity" as a link. The model includes annual schedule,monthly schedule,daily schedule and real-time schedule in the time scale. The gradually time-sequential process reflects that the pre-scale schedule provides scheduling quantity or power to guide the plan in the next time-scale,the rolling revision to pre-scale schedule is done according to the actual generated electricity provided by the plan in the next time-scale. The rolling revising model in annual and monthly time-scale focuses on the power imbalance correction.In each time-scale the generating electricity scheduling in the remaining period is revised by considering the actual generated electricity and the latest wind power forecast information,load demand forecasting information so as to ensure the effective implementation of the electricity quantity. Daily schedule,intra-day rolling dispatch and real-time dispatch focuses on the utilization of wind power. According to the intermittent and volatility of wind power,the day-ahead unit commitment model based on scenario set and intra-day rolling optimization model are established.The reasonable wind curtailment is considered only in the intra-day and real-time scale. Finally,the simulation on the modified IEEE-RTS24 system verifies the validity of the proposed model.
