摘要
目的为临床合理应用稳心颗粒(WXKL)与参松养心胶囊(SSYX)治疗房颤(AF)提供依据。方法由两名研究者在7个数据库网站检索"AF,WXKL"和"AF,SSYX",并将其归类整理。结果 WXKL4篇,共3 925例(治疗组1 919,对照组2 006),PAF 1篇,各种类型AF 1篇,未描述AF类型2篇,单独用WXKL 1篇,其余均联合抗心律失常西药。SSYX 6篇,共7 907例(治疗组4 128,对照组3 779),各种类型AF 1篇,其余均为PAF,单独用SSYX 3篇,其余均联合抗心律失常西药。质量等级均较低。WXKL和SSYX对AF有治疗作用,表现在减少AF发作次数、改善症状和P波离散度、维持窦律,前者在控制心率和转复率尤为突出,后者在改善心功能、缩小左房内径最为明显。结论 WXKL和SSYX都有治疗AF的作用,且无明显不良反应,安全性好,但有各自侧重点,可能与学者研究的角度有关,因此更确切的结论需进一步研究。
Objective To provide the basis for the rational use of Wenxin granule（WXKL） and Shensong Yangxin capsule（SSYX）in the treatment of AF. Methods Two researchers retrieved AF, WXKL, and AF, SSYX from 7 database sites and sorted them out. Results WXKL contains 4 articles, including 3925 cases（treatment group 1919, control group 2006）, of which 1 for PAF, 1 for various types of AF, and 2 for AF were not described, 1 for WXKL was used alone, and the others were combined with antiarrhythmic western medicine.SSYX contains 4 articles, including 7907 cases（treatment group 4128, control group 3779）, of which 1 for various types of AF, others were PAF, 3 for SSYX,the others were combined with antiarrhythmic western medicine. The quality grade is low. WXKL and SSYX have therapeutic effects on AF as following： The reduction of AF attack, improvement of symptoms and P wave dispersion,and maintenance of sinus rhythm are especially prominent in the control of heart rate and cardioversion rate. The latter is most obvious in improving heart function and reducing the left atrial diameter. Conclusion Both WXKL and SSYX have the effect of AF, and no obvious adverse reactions, good safety. However, there are different emphases, which may be related to the angle of scholars＇ research. Therefore, more exact conclusions need further study.
