摘要
将胸三角部皮瓣分六个区,分别取组织块、固定、包埋、连续切片、伊红染色。通过显微图像分析仪观察皮瓣内微血管形态学特点,处理皮瓣内微血管原始数据。
Using the fresh adult cadaver injected with the mixture liquid of the inkand 10% formalin, the serial sections of the deltopeotoral flap were out andits miorovasculature was studied by microspectrophotometiy. The resultsshowed that the vessel networks in the flap were rich and divided into fivelayers as follows: the papilla, the subpapilla, the profound dermis, the super-ficial fascia and the profound fasia. The morphological characteristics of eachlayer of the network were diseribed in detail. The density of the network wasalso measured and handled in statistics. It was also disoussed that the resultsmight provide a morphological basis for the use of the transplantation of thedeltopectoral flap.
