摘要
随着教育国际化的不断推进,各国高等教育之间的联系与交流不断加深,二十一世纪以来,留学生教育进入快速发展的新时期。伴随着来华留学生规模不断扩大,留学生毕业后的跟踪管理对增强留学生荣誉感及提高留学生管理服务水平具有重要意义。通过研判留学生毕业跟踪管理工作的现状,归纳当前来华留学毕业生跟踪管理工作存在的问题,文章认为,重视留学毕业生跟踪管理工作、完善留学毕业生跟踪管理项目设计、建立留学毕业生跟踪管理信息平台、畅通与毕业生的沟通渠道、建立信息化的管理机制是优化来华留学毕业生跟踪管理工作、树立学校品牌、拓展招生渠道和增强学校软实力的有效途径。
As the education continues to internationalize, the communications of higher education between countries continues to be deepened. Since the twenty first century, the education of international students has come into a new era. With the number of international students increasing, the track management of inter national students plays an important role in improving their honors and in boosting the service for them. Alter analyzing the present situation of the track management of international graduates and the problems from the management, the author of this paper asserts that the effective means of optimizing the track management of international students and improving school reputation are as follows： first, track management of international students should be stressed. Second, the project design for track management should be improved. Third, information platform for the track management of international students should be set up. Fourth, the channels for communication with international graduates should be broadened. And fifth, the management mechanism of information should be established.
