摘要
小青龙汤最早记载于汉代张仲景撰写的《伤寒杂病论》一书中,该书中对小青龙汤的记载一共有5处,见于《伤寒论》者2处,见于《金匮要略》者3处。仲景将小青龙汤应用于外感疾病和内伤杂病,后世医家对小青龙汤的临床应用在继承医圣的基础上进一步的探索研究,证实了小青龙汤有很好的临床效果。小青龙汤的药物配伍严谨,现代临床应用范围广泛。该文试从原文释义、方药解读、临床应用等方面对小青龙汤证进行阐述。
Xiaoqinglong Decoction was first recorded in the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases which written by ZHANG Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty,Xiaoqinglong Decoction has been mentioned five times in this book,twice in the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,three times in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Zhongjing cured the exogenous diseases and internal injuries miscellaneous diseases by Xiaoqinglong Decoction.Later physicians carried out further exploration and researched with clinical application of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the succession of the basis of the saint,and confirmed Xiaoqinglong Decoction has a good clinical effect.The drug compatibility of XiaoqinglongDecoction is rigorous,and the Xiaoqinglong Decoction is used widely in the modern clinical application.This article attempts to interpret Xiaoqinglong Decoction from the original interpretation,interpretation of prescriptions,clinical application and other aspects.
