摘要
病毒性心肌炎是一种严重危害人类健康的心肌疾病,它是由嗜心肌病毒感染引起的心肌非特异性炎症病变,临床病理改变为:心肌细胞变性坏死和间质炎细胞浸润及纤维渗出。中医认为"热、毒、痰、瘀"是贯穿病毒性心肌炎病程中的重要病理变化,故在本病治疗的过程中需重视清热解毒法的运用,根据具体情况兼顾它法。因此,清热解毒法在病毒性心肌炎的治疗上得到了广泛应用。
Viral myocarditis is a non-specific inflammatory disease that does serious harm to human health caused by the infection of myocardial virus. Its pathology changes includes the degeneration and necrosis of myocardial cells and the infiltration and fiber exudation of the interstitial inflammatory cell. Traditional Chinese medicine holds that ＂heat, toxication, phlegm, stasis＂ are the most important pathology change generate throughout the course of disease. In this case, Qingre Jiedu method should he applied to cure the viral myocarditis with different treatment if necessary. And this is the reason that Qingre Jiedu method widely to used in clinic.
