大流量安全阀动态测试系统设计及其仿真与实验 被引量:1

Design of Large Flow Relief Valve Dynamic Test System and Research on Its Simulation and Experiment

摘要 为解决大流量安全阀动态测试的难题,实现对其性能指标的测定,设计并研发了一种蓄能器快速加载动态测试系统,针对该系统利用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了AMESim模型和Simulink仿真控制模型,在AMESim模型中创建联合仿真接口,并运用Simulink模块中的S函数,对大流量安全阀动态测试系统进行联合仿真和研究,得到系统的六个控制信号曲线以及增压缸高压腔的压力、被测大流量安全阀动态压力和动态流量变化曲线和结果数据,并与现场实验结果作了对比,为研究大流量安全阀动态性能和工作可靠性提供了重要的依据。 In order to solve the problem of dynamic test and achieve the performance test of large flow relief valve, an accumulator fast loading dynamic test system was designed and developed. The AMESim model and Simulink simulation control model were established by using AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink softwares in allusion to the system, and a combined simulation interface in the AMESim model was set up. Combined simulation and research of the large flow relief valve dynamic test system were done by using the S-function in the Simulink module, six control signal curves of system and the pressure of booster cylinder high pressure chamber, dynamic pressure and dynamic flow of the measured large flow relief valve curves and result data were obtained, and the results were compared with the experimental results. It is provided important evidences for studying dynamic properties and operational reliability of large flow relief valve.
