摘要
在养老设施需求量不断的增加的背景下,将闲置的既有基础教育建筑改造为养老建筑不失为低成本、高速率进行养老设施建造的有效方法。首先对闲置教育建筑的背景、选择原理进行分析,然后以高品质养老设施和闲置教育建筑的调研与剖析入手,从基本原则、设计要点、其不同职能空间的关联性以及实例研究等方面探讨了将既有教育建筑改造为养老建筑的设计方法,探寻了在功能空间上实施改造的可行性。可供养老地产投资方、政府部门和相关技术人员的参考。
In the context of increasing demand for facilities for the elderly, the transformation of existing idle buildings for basic education into buildings for the elderly is an effective way to build facilities for the elderly efficiently at low costs. First of all, we analyzed the background and principle of choosing idle buildings for education. Then starting with investigation and analysis of high- quality facilities for the elderly and idle buildings for education, we discussed the design approaches to the transformation of existing idle buildings for education into buildings for the elderly from such aspects as basic principles, key points of design, the correlation of their different functional spaces and case studies, and explored the feasibility of transforming the functional spaces. That can be used as reference by investors of properties for the elderly, government departments and related technical personnel.
