摘要
创新创业基因主要包括创新创业意识、创新创业能力、创新创业素质等内容,是成功创新创业的必备条件。本文主要探讨如何将创新创业教育及实践贯穿于高校人才培养的全过程,大学生创新创业基因在形成过程中与其所处的成长环境之间的关系,如何在人才培养过程中有效植入创新创业基因等方面的相关问题,促进高等学校创新创业教育教学工作的有效开展。
Innovation genes include awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship quality etc.,are necessary for successful innovation. This paper mainly discusses how to make innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice throughout the whole process of personnel training in Colleges and universities,the relationship between College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship gene in the process of formation and the growth environment how,in the personnel training related problems effectively during implantation,gene and other aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship,promoting the effective development of higher education and teaching work.
