摘要
海上核电平台属于一种全新的海上工程设施,目前尚处于研发阶段,缺少标准支持。依托中国海洋石油有限公司科研项目,对现有标准进行了初步梳理和探讨。为推进海上核能产业化,提出了采用综合标准化方法,走市场推进路径。以标准为纽带,采用企业互助模式,由核电公司、石油公司和建造单位等机构组成企业协议集团形式的产业联盟,提出共同制定联盟标准的建议,从而更高效地形成标准体系,为助力海洋油气资源开发提供技术保障。
Offshore nuclear power platform is a new offshore engineering facility, which is still in the stage of research and develop- ment, and lacks standard. Based on the research projects of CNOOC, the existing standards were initially analyzed and discussed. In order to promote the industrialization of marine nuclear energy, a comprehensive standardization method is proposed to promote the market. It is suggested tha nuclear power companies, oil companies and construction units and other institutions form an industry al- liance, by which the standards for offshore nuclear power platform is developed, to form a standard system more efficiently and to pro- vide technical support for the development of offshore oil and gas resources.
