介绍了CNJ-5P超精脱硫剂在焦炉气甲烷化制合成天然气工业装置上的运行情况,包括脱硫剂的装填、升温还原、工业运行数据等,充分说明该脱硫剂具有脱硫精度高、使用寿命长、脱硫性能稳定、副产物少等优点,是一种工业化较为成功的超精脱硫剂。
The operation of the ultra fine desulfurizer CNJ-5P in the full scale plants of methanation process for coke oven gas to synthetic natural gas was introduced, including the desulfurizer loading, heating up and reduction, and running data. It fully demonstrates that the desulfurizer has high desulfurization accuracy, long service life, stable performance and less by-products, and is a successful commercial ultra fine desulfurizer.
