摘要
目的分析人工流产术后即时与正常经期放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统的避孕效果。方法将190例行人工流产术患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组、对照组,对照组在正常经期放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统,实验组在术后即时放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统。结果实验组和对照组放置后进行对比,发现两组的避孕效果和不良反应发生概率大体持相同水平,两者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对行人工流产术患者来说,术后即时和正常经期放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统的避孕效果差距不大,且风险性不会提高。
Objective To study the effect of placing the levonorgestrel intrauterine system immediately after operation and at normal menstrual periods after artificial abortion. Methods 190 cases of artificial abortion were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was inserted levonorgestrel intrauterine system during the normal menstrual period, the experimental group was inserted levonorgestrel intrauterine system immediately after operation. Results The contraceptive effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group and the control group after the placement were general similar. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with artificial abortion, the placement of levonorgestrel intrauterine system immediately after operation or at normal menstrual periods has similar effect, and will not increase the risk.
