摘要
目的分析髌骨骨折的临床治疗方法和效果。方法选取我院收治的75例髌骨骨折患者,纳入时间为2014年1月—2016年12月。将其分为3组:行髌骨环固定术25例作为A组,行钢丝环扎术25例作为B组,行改良AO固定术25例作为C组,评定临床疗效。结果 A组手术时间、愈合时间均短于B组、C组;随访显示患者的膝关节功能评分为(88.5±6.3)分,高于B组的(82.2±5.7)分、C组的(83.4±5.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨环固定术治疗髌骨骨折疗效确切,能缩短骨折愈合时间,改善膝关节功能。
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment and effect of patellar fracture. Methods From Jarruary 2014 to December 2016, 75 cases with patellar fracture in our hospital were selected, they were divided into 3 groups： 25 patients underwent patellar loop fixation as group A, 25 patients underwent steel wire cerclage as group B, and 25 patients underwent modified AO fixation as C group, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results The operation time and healing time of group A were shorter than that of group B and group C. Follow up showed that the knee function score of the patients was （88.5±6.3）, higher than that of group B （82.2±5.7） and group C （83.4±5.9）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patellar ring fixation is effective in the treatment of patellar fracture, it can shorten the time of fracture healing and improve the function of the knee joint.
