摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法在多重耐药菌感染管理中的应用效果。方法对2017年1月—2017年3月我科14名护理人员实施PDCA循环法管理,每一轮PDCA循环为期3个月,比较PDCA循环管理前后护理人员对多重耐药菌感染的处置能力。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,护理人员对于MDRO相关知识掌握缺陷率下降,多重耐药菌感染患者的处置能力较管理前提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法在多重耐药菌感染的管理中具有重要的应用价值,也有很好的应用前景。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle method in the management of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection. Methods The PDCA method was administered to 14 nurses from September 2016 to March 2017 in our department. Each round of PDCA was performed for 3 months. The ability of nurses to deal with multiple drug-resistant bacterial infections before and after the PDCA cycle management was compared. Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle management, the nursing staff had a decreased grasp rate of MDRO related knowledge, and the handling ability of patients with multiple drug-resistant bacterial infections was improved as compared with that before management, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA cycle method has important application value in the management of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection, and also has a good application prospect.
