摘要 在大容量、高参数机组中配备凝结水精处理系统是提高给水品质,有效减缓热力系统结垢与腐蚀,实现安全运行所必需的。主要从凝结水精处理系统的配置与组成、混床优化运行、失效树脂的再生、凝结水精处理的化学监督等方面,综述了凝结水精处理技术的发展现状与进展,阐述了保证和提高凝结水精处理出水品质的方法和措施。 It is necessary to improve the quality of feed water and prevent the scaling and corrosion of the equipment effectively to ensure the safe operation of the thermal system that equipped with condensate polishing treatment sys- tem in large capacity and high parameter unit. This article mainly introduces the present development situation and progress of the condensate polishing treatment technology, and introduces the methods and measures to improve the quality of condensate water from the aspects that configuration and composition of the condensate polishing treatment system, optimizing operation of the mixed bed and regeneration of the resin, chemical monitoring of the condensate polishing treatment, etc.
