摘要
目的对中西医结合治疗联合护理在急性阑尾炎术后切口感染预防中的效果进行分析。方法从南阳医专第一附属医院收治的急性阑尾炎患者中选出90例作为本次研究对象,两组均给予开腹切除阑尾炎,时间为2016年3月—2017年3月;将其分为两组,即对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组术后给予常规抗感染进行治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上使用中药熨腹部、黄芪注射液以及口服中药进行治疗,术后采用优质护理对其进行干预。对比两组患者的切口愈合情况及各项指标。结果对照组的正常愈合率比观察组低,且观察组的阑尾点压痛减轻时间、体温恢复正常时间、腹痛减轻时间均比对照组快,有统计学差异存在(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗联合护理能有效预防急性阑尾炎术后切口感染,具有临床推广与应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine on prevention of postoperative wound infection in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods 90 patients with acute appendicitis from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College were selected as the research objects.The two groups from March 2016 to March 2017 were given open excision of appendicitis.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti infection treatment,and the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine ironing abdomen,astragalus injection treatment and oral Chinese herbs on the basis of the control group,and received postoperative high quality nursing intervention.The wound healing and the indexes were compared.Results The normal healing rate in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,the reduction of tenderness at appendiceal points,temperature recovery time and abdominal pain relief time of the observation group were faster than those of control group,and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively prevent incision infection after surgery for acute appendicitis,and has clinical promotion and application value.
