摘要
目的探析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的中医护理效果与体会。方法选取本院2015年12月—2016年12月期间治疗的老年COPD患者82例临床资料进行回顾性分析。将82例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在些基础上实施中医护理干预方法。观察记录两组患者的肺功能情况(包括FEV及FEV_1/FVC%)及CAT评分情况。结果实施中医干预护理6个月后,观察组患者FEV_1/FVC%及FEV值均高于对照组,CAT评分明显低于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年COPD患者应用中医护理干预措施,可有效改善患者的肺功能,提高治疗效果和患者的生活质量,适于临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect and experience of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） in elderly patients.Methods The clinical data of 82 cases of elderly COPD patients treated from December 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.The 82 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given regular care,and the observation group implemented TCM nursing intervention on this basis.The lung function of the two groups was observed（including FEV and FEV_1/FVC %） and CAT score.Results After six months of traditional Chinese medicine intervention,FEV_1/FVC % and FE V values of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the CAT scores of the observation group was significantly less than the control group,and there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention measures for elderly（COPT） patients can effectively improve the lung function of patients,improve the quality of treatment and the quality of life of patients,and are suitable for clinical application.
