摘要
目的观察冠心病心绞痛患者采用宽胸理气疏肝辨证治疗的临床疗效。方法以我院2016年4月—2017年4月收治88例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例,其中对照组患者给予地奥心血康胶囊治疗,观察组患者采取宽胸理气疏肝辨证法治疗,对比分析两组患者心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间及临床治疗有效率。结果观察组患者心绞痛发作次数显著低于对照组,发作持续时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床治疗有效率为95.45%,对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为79.55%,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取宽胸理气疏肝法辨证治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果显著,能有效改善患者心绞痛发病次数,缩短发作持续时间,安全可靠值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of relaxing the chest and regulating the liver method in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease based on syndrome differentiation.Methods In our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017,88 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group.There were 44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Di＇ao Xinxuekang capsule,and the observation group received relaxing the chest and regulating the liver method.The frequency of angina pectoris,the duration of onset and the total effective rate in two groups were evaluated.Results The number of angina pectoris in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The duration of onset of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.45%.The total effective rate in the control group was 79.55%,and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The relaxing the chest and regulating the liver method in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris has significant effect,can effectively improve the incidence of angina pectoris,shorten the duration,and is safe and reliable worthy of clinical promotion.
