摘要
目的探讨茯苓桂枝白术汤加减治疗冠心病患者的临床应用效果。方法选择2009年3月—2014年3月期间本院收治的冠心病患者276例作为研究对象,按照随机数字抽取表法将患者分为两组,观察组和对照组均为138例,其中对照组患者采用常规西药治疗方式,观察组患者在西药治疗的基础上增加茯苓桂枝白术汤加减治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.65%,与对照组治疗有效率85.51%相比,观察组疗效明显更好,P<0.05。结论对冠心病患者在常规西药治疗的基础上增加茯苓桂枝白术汤加减治疗利于改善患者症状,稳定心电图,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Baizhu decoction in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods During March 2009 to March 2014 in our hospital, 276 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table extraction method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 138 cases in each group. The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment. Patients in the observation group were given Guizhi Fuling Baizhu decoction on the basis of Western medicine. The curative effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and control group was 95.65% and 85.51% respectively, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion For the patients with coronary heart disease, on the basis of conventional Western medicine, Guizhi Fuling Baizhu decoction can improve the symptoms and ECG, and has highly clinical application value.
