低温柔化处理对苎麻纤维结构与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 苎麻纤维初始模量较大,穿着苎麻面料时人体会有刺痒感。对苎麻纤维进行低温柔化处理,并对苎麻纤维的结构和性能进行测试及分析。试验结果显示,经过低温柔化处理后,苎麻纤维表面会出现不同程度的裂缝和孔洞现象,粗糙程度增加。XRD分析显示,低温柔化处理没有改变苎麻纤维的特征衍射峰位置,但会降低纤维的结晶度。ATR吸收光谱图显示,苎麻纤维的大分子结晶区减小。低温柔化处理使苎麻纤维的拉伸应力和初始模量都有不同程度的减少,有效降低了苎麻面料的刺痒感。除此之外,低温柔化处理还可以有效提高苎麻面料的染色性能。 The initial modulus of ramie fiber is bigger, and those who wear the ramie fabric feel itchy. The ramie fiber was treated by low temperature softening, and then the structure and properties of ramie fiber were tested. The results showed that the surface of ramie fiber appeared cracks and holes with different degrees after the softening treatment of the ramie fiber, and the roughness increased. The XRD analysis showed that the treatment did not change the characteristic diffraction peak position of ramie fiber, hut it decreased the crystallinity of the fiber. The ATR absorption spectrum showed that the maeromolecular crystal region of ramie fiber reduced. The tensile stress and initial modulus of ramie fiber reduced with different degrees by the treatment, and the itching feeling from ramie fabric effectively reduced. In addition, low-temperature softening treatment could also effectively improve the dyeing property of ramie fabric.
