摘要
目的:探讨社区护理干预对提高高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:将在2015年1月1日~2016年1月1日归某社区卫生健康服务中心管理的170例社区高血压患者纳入为本次研究对象,利用简单抽样法将入选的研究对象分为实验组和对照组各85例。其中,对照组施以一般护理,实验组施以社区护理干预,观察两组患者的血压控制情况和用药依从性的差异。结果:社区护理干预后的患者血压控制更好,用药依从性比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理干预有利于提高高血压患者的治疗依从性,降低并稳定血压,有利于患者疾病的控制。
Objective：To explore the effect of community nursing intervention in improving the compliance of patients with hypertension. Methods： 170 patients with hypertension treated in a community health service center from January 1, 2015 to January 1,2016 were enrolled in this study.The selected subjects were divided into experimental group and control group with 85 cases in each group. Among them, the control group was given general nursing, and the experimental group was given community nursing intervention, then the difference of blood pressure control and medication compliance between the two groups was observed.Results： The patient＇s blood pressure control was better after community nursing intervention, and the compli- ance of drug use was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Community nursing inter vention is helpful to improve the treatment compliance of hypertensive patients, reduce and stabilize blood pressure, and is beneficial to the control of disease.
