摘要
本实验在13只裸小鼠皮下移植BABC小鼠和Wistar大鼠气管及人胚气管、支气管,共26段。观察1～8周,移植气管的总存活率为77%。以气管裸鼠皮下移植为模型的实验,在10天以后加刺激因子比较适宜。
12 segments of trachea and bronchea from human embro fetal and 14segments of trachea from rodents, BABC mice and Wistar rats, were transplantedinto the subcutanous tissue of thirteen nude mice. Observation had beencarried out for 1～8 weeks. Among the grafts 76. 9% was survived. Survivalrate of the human embro fetal trachea and bronchea was higher than that ofthe rat trachea. Alterations of the transplanted trachea and bronchea wereobserved with light and electron microscope. It only tock one week forestablishment of blood circulation between grafts and hosts. The tracheal modelof nude mouse can be used in experimental study on disease of lung and bronchi.
