摘要
OPERA是高星级酒店普遍使用的酒店管理系统。论文分析了它对学生的作用,同时指出了它在教学中遇到的问题,如全英文版,操作复杂不利于掌握;对学生的英语水平、计算机操作技能要求比较高;缺乏熟练操作技能的双师型教师等。并从课程设置、兴趣培养、校企合作、强化实训时间、培养复合型教师等方面提出了改善教学效果的措施。
OPERA is a hotel management system widely used in high-star hotels.This paper analyzes its function on students, and points out the problems in teaching, such as： it＇s all in English, the complex operation is not conducive to master, it has higher requirements for students＇ English proficiency and computer operation skills, lack skilled double-teacher teachers and so on. And the measures to improve teaching effect are put forward from the aspects of curriculum setting, interest cultivation, school enterprise cooperation, strengthening training time and cultivating compound teachers.
