摘要
本文研究Tb、Ga的含量对烧结NdFeB磁性能及显微组织的影响。实验结果表明 :添加Tb、Ga显著提高NdFeB磁体的矫顽力 ,使主相晶粒细化 ,晶界分布有细小颗粒相 ,抑制反磁化畴的形核与扩展 。
The microstructure and magnetic properties of the sintered NdFeB magnet with addition of Tb、Ga have been studied.The result showed that the coercivity could be enhanced and the grains of Nd 2Fe 14 B phase became fine by Tb、Ga addition. Some fine second phases were found to precipitate on intergranular regions due to Tb and Ga concentrated at the surface of Nd2Fe14B grains, which separated the grains of the main Nd 2Fe 14 B magnetic phase. Annealing of the product at 600oC significantly reduced the presence of amorphous phase at the gain boundaries and resulted in formation of the fine second phase crystalline. Thus, the nucleus formation and expansion of reverse magnetization domain could be depressed. The modified microstructure consisting of the fine Nd2Fe14B magnetic grains and second phase on the intergranular has considerably contributed to the enhancement of the coercivty.
